Every cat lover knows the anticipation of waiting for a special delivery! At Purrspective, we whisk(er) your orders to you as swiftly as a cat chasing a laser dot. Here's what you need to know about our shipping timelines and procedures:

🐾 Production Time: Every masterpiece needs its moment, and ours are no exception. All Bespoke/Personalised orders generally take between 2-4 days to be designed and dispatched. Expect a tad longer during our "paw-pular" sales periods.

🐾 Tracking Your Treasure: Like a cat tracking its prey, we understand the importance of knowing where your order is. Every order comes with tracking, and we'll email your tracking number as soon as it's available.

🐾 Holiday Heads Up: Remember, in November and December, there's a flurry of festive parcels on the move. Our couriers might be busier than a cat with a new toy, so do expect some delays during this period.

Paws and Reflect [Bespoke/Personalised Products]:

🐱 Photo Retakes: If your order demands a new purr-trait, it will naturally add some time to our production phase. So let's aim for the perfect shot first time around!

🐱 Auto-Approval: We give you a 72-hour window (that's roughly 432 cat naps) to approve your artwork. If we don't hear back from you during this time, we'll assume it's ok.

Incorrect Address!

Cat lovers, ensure you paw-ticularly input the right address during checkout for these reasons:

If there’s a hiss-take or something missing in the address that our keen eyes spot, we might have to reach out to you for corrections. This could make your order take a little longer to reach your doorstep.

If your kitty goodies get delivered to a neighboring cat's lair (wrong address) or get returned due to such slip-ups, our paws are tied!

Those orders will find their way back to our shipping partners' cat-towers (warehouses) and might be discarded there. Before reaching out to us, double-check the address you’ve provided, just as you’d check your cat's favorite hideout.

For any orders returned because of an address error, a re-shipping charge will be applied should you wish to have the order sent again.

If you liaise with the delivery service after your order has been dispatched from our facility to modify its route, we cannot be held responsible for any misplacement, theft, or harm to your package.
